We had great service from Solar Power Nation from start to finish. Mohit started off and was always polite, very helpful and we got a great price. The guys who put the panels on the roof did a quick, efficient job with no fuss and took all their rubbish. To finish Neel was fabulous and made sure we were able to get all the app information setup so we can check the amount of energy via the app. All round a great experience and we are now on our way to cheaper electricity bills. Thank you!!!!

Very reasonable price as well as quick and efficient installation. Installation was done with due regard to safety and quality. However, disposal of the waste material could have been done better. It was dumped into the bin of the next door house under construction, who dumped it on the side walk next day, Also, the team could have taken a photograph of the installed panels.

The sales representative and the after sales service personnel were very prompt and communicated all the required information. Hope to receive good after sales service, if the need arises.

I am really happy with Solar Power Nation’s competitive pricing and service including rectifying issues which was prompt. After I paid my deposit, which was over the Christmas/New Year period, it was only a small wait of 3 weeks and my system was installed. Stewart the installer was thorough and although there was a small issue it was rectified immediately. I also had a warranty claim against my inverter which was not Solar Power Nations fault and it too was replaced promptly and the claim process was made easy by Solar Power Nation, so a big thanks goes to Growatt as well. Overall I would highly recommend Solar Power Nation and also please be patient and understanding of the call centre staff (I highly recommend you speak to Victor who was a true gentleman and understands customer service) and also the installers. My advice is to work closely with them both to ensure everything goes smoothly, do that you benefit from your solar panels sooner.

The first install date came and went with a no show from the installers. As the house is a rental I had to travel and wait for them, wasting my time.
The second time I was given a three day window. I got a call on the last, my busiest morning so I could not supervise the installation. When I returned to check progress I found that they had already finished which did surprise me. I checked the voltages and currents and power to confirm the system was working as expected. I have not been on the roof to inspect work done there. If I find any issues in future I will contact you.
The only downfall is the way the inverter was mounted. In the picture is a piece of wood that came off my fence. The excuse given was that there was no beam behind the wall sheet. Surely they could have supplied a metal bar or some other way of mounting the inverter than a scrap of wood picked up off the ground. I will fabricate a mount that is more suitable and less unsightly.
Update: I'm not happy with the office staff. I have been abused twice for not signing the REC form even though they had not sent it. Even when they sent it they were on the phone demanding it be signed. I hadn't even finished reading through it.

Very professional installation by Solar Power Nation with a high regard for safety and quality of work. Some minor communication problems between the Sales and Installation teams which led to a delayed installation by a week. Otherwise, the high quality 6.6KW solar panels and 5KW inverter were supplied and professionally installed at a very competitive price.
